Hi when switching to bulb I’ve given an incorrect reading. How do I rectify this?

Woopsy - not to worry, we all make mistakes. If it’s only a minor one (like the last digit being wrong), I personally wouldn’t bother or worry. However, if it’s a bigger mistake (provided your gas meter reading for your electricity, or got your hundreds unit wrong), I would contact Bulb directly via email@example.com (see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- for their direct contacts details - this public community forum is more for Bulb members [customers] to try and help each other) with your details and the correct reading and they’ll be able sort things out. It might need your switch restarting from scratch depending on if the figures have already gone to your old supplier, but I’m sure the friendly Bulb staff will be able to help you with a smile!
