Hi, Can anyone advise how to kick the tariff on my IHD into touch? It’s displaying 12.73 /kwh for electricity instead of 20.31 and the standing charge at 20.44 instead of 23.76 (The gas tariff is fine) This months bill was quite the shocker compared to the IHD!! I have rebooted it twice.

I’ve just had a quick chat with our smart metering team regarding this, and we’d like to take a closer look at what your IHD is showing.

It looks like we requested a communication hub reboot to get this fixed but the reboot wasn’t able to go through. I’m really sorry about this.
