Incorrectly registered as pre-paid meter

My property shows up on tariff searches as being a prepaid meter. It isn’t. It’s a SMETS2 installed by Bulb when I joined. I have asked repeatedly asked Bulb for my meter to be registered correctly. After three years this still hasn’t happened. Help!
