Increase in prepayment prices

Hi I recently joined Bulb (6th Sept). I’ve received an email saying prices are going up on November 11th. The email states customers were made aware in August. This price increase wasn’t mentioned at any point during my switch. This makes the tariff mis-sold?

@P_Gunn we had a notice on our site in the month leading up to the price rise announcement that we were considering increasing our prices in November - this was visible to everyone going through our quote tool before they had entered any of their personal details or confirmed the switch.

We are also giving 60 days notice ahead of the actual price increase in November so that you have time to reconsider, if you wish.
