I log in to see a message advising me that I need to increase my monthly direct debit by £25 (even though we’re going into Summer and a payment is pending). Fine, whatever, but why does it take 5 goes to get the payment increase up to this amount because there seems to be a cap of £5 on a single instruction?
As another customer, does it mean you have had 5 separate messages each time asking you to increase your payment by £5?
Only the one initial message on the website but I had 5 separate emails each confirming that my DD had been increased by £5.
@kayhalley We do put limits on our members increasing our prices but it shouldn’t be quite that low. Looking into your account it does seem that we can change by more than that. Can you let me know what was blocking the increase by more than £5?
