Inflated daily usage figure

It seems that I’m not alone in experiencing errors on my account concerning the daily usage figure.
Everything else seems to be as it should be so I can only assume it’s due to a systems error, do we know if Bulb are addressing the issue?

Thanks for flagging this. I can see you spoke to Ursula about this on email. She and the Bulb account team are aware and looking to get this fixed. Sorry if it’s caused confusion! Your statements are fully accurate but the usage graphs look a bit out of whack.
