Initial account information re: usage and payment

I moved into a property just over a month ago where we were informed we had to join Bulb as they were the previous energy provider. I’ve set up an account and received a quote but we are yet to receive any next steps about checking usage and payment. Is someone please able to help?

Congratulations on your move and sorry to hear we have not got back to you about this process.

If Bulb is supplying the property, we will be able to process a straight forward move in, if we are not currently supplying the property and you did want to join Bulb, we are currently only taking on new customers via our phone line.
