Initial readings

I have just submitted my initial meter readings but only the Gas one is showing. Is this normal? Can there be a delay in the reading appearing or should I resubmit my electricity ready?


Hi @TBR, there can be a delay with meter readings as they go via a third party for checking. I wouldn’t worry about it yet and check again in a day or two.

You could give Bulb a ring (0300 30 30 635) to check that everything has gone through OK though if you like.
