Hi, my daughter introduced me to Bulk, we were promised a cash back - my daughter has received hers but I have not. I can see that I received £100 in Jan, then was taken out by yourselves. can you please explain?
On this page, you should see “Credit added” where your referral payment came in, “Payment” for your monthly direct debit/debit card payments, and “Energy used” for the outgoing payments for your energy.
Is it still not clear from that page what happened to your referral payment?
It doesn’t automatically get transferred into your bank account, rather just gets added as credit to your account.
