Invoice

Joined Bulb in May 2019. Problems with meter readings from previous supplier. I CANNOT get an invoice from Bulb because they say there is still a dispute over the readings, but previous company assure me it is sorted. My emails to Bulb eventually get answered with a non answer! I have stopped trying to phone them as I sit for ages and then get disconnected.

Fair pricing, agreed.
Fast customer service/answering phone and replying to emails quickly. Abject failure!
