You should be able to download all your bills (invoices) from your account at (just click ‘Sign in’ in the top right corner) - they’ll be under ‘Payments and Statements’. They should have also been automatically emailed to you.

As this is a customer-to-customer forum, there’s not much we fellow customers can assist further with on this issue - but if you are unable to access your invoices/bills, contact Bulb directly via email or telephone ( see for contact details).
