This is a public forum so none of us fellow customers can give a specific answer to your query.

Are you a new customer to Bulb and if so when you joined did you enter your past 12 months annual usage (in kWh) to get a quote as this will have an effect as to your suggested monthly payments?

As per my earlier query, did you enter your previous 12 months annual usage (in kWh) when you sought a quote?

or

Did you just enter the type of property and number of bedrooms?
