Isolator appointment

I contacted Bulb via webchat at the beginning of February to book an isolator installation. I heard nothing for few weeks so replied to the person I first spoke to to ask how long I should have to wait before hearing from an engineer. They told me it was out of their hands and they couldn’t give me a timescale or do anything further. I have still not received an appointment so emailed a few weeks ago, and I have received no reply at all this time. Surely it shouldn’t take this long?!
