Has anyone else found that Bulb’s engineer removed their main isolator switch during a smart meter installation? My electrician pointed this out to me today. Luckily he didn’t need the isolator during the work he was carrying out. However this is surely a matter of concern in case the house needs to be isolated from the grid during an emergency?

Their engineer or Bulb should have provided you with a report of exactly what work was to be carried out.
