When I try to submit the gas meter reading online, it doesn’t get submitted. I have seen this multiple times. Able to submit 1/10 times only.
Hi @srilatha that sounds very irritating! Does it give you some sort of error message? I’ve noticed that we have lots of meter readings from you, which is good, about one a week on average. These readings can take some time to be processed, up to a week or two in some cases, so that may be causing problems if you’re submitting a reading before the last one has been processed and validated.
