Issues with statements and meters

Hi, I haven’t had a statement on my account since January, also my smart display displays a different usage than my electricity meter does?

I’m sorry about this, it definitely sounds like something isn’t right here!

It looks like the issue lies with the electricity meter readings. The first thing I’ll need is a picture of your electricity meter - showing the meter serial number and the latest readings.
