Joined Bulb Today

So today I joined Bulb.
I have a smart meter from previous company on pay as you go, dual gas and electric combined payments.

  1. Regarding payg, do I top up gas and electric together, or is is separate.
  2. on the app, will it tell me if getting low and require a top up?
  3. As I am on a smart meter, why do I need meter readings? Never done this before, usually goes through itself.
  4. Being disabled, I get the weather payment through each year. How does this work with Bulb please.
  5. how much does Bulb give as emergency on app.

Welcome to Bulb, I can see you officially switch on 16/03/2021 :wave: :smiley:

  1. You can top these up seperately
  2. Your app will show how much credit you’ve got, and how long your top up will last.
  3. You won’t need to do this
  4. Do you mean the warm home discount? If you are part of the broader group you would need to sign up for winter 2021/22 on our website
  5. We give £10 emergency credit - You’ll be able to access Emergency Credit when you’ve got less than £2 credit left on your meter.
