I’m joining bulb as they are the cheapest provider, however Spark, who I am currently with, called to see if they could get me to stay, the usual. When they did, they said that bulb would have to come round to take my meter out and put a new one in. I did email bulb but no reply yet and I change in 10 days.
Spark said as I was prepayment with a smart meter going to direct debit it would need to happen and when they put the meter in they said to my partner if we changed a new provider would have to come out to change the meter and send it back to Spark.
However when I checked the help centre, from what I can see Bulb won’t need to change the meter. Any ideas?
