Hi, just want to let you all know, will be leaving bulb for discussing and unbelievable no skill support to sort simple problem with my account. The electricity meter readings are up side down. I have economy 7 meter witch have days and nights readings. For some unknown reasons the readings got up side down - where is days bulb records as night and nights is days. At the beginning I believe they was right, but later on I spotted that they are wrong. Contacted bulb now for about 6 times I believe, and every time they switch them right way, but later on they go back up side down. About month ago I have contacted the support and gave them week to sort it, but nathing, absolutely nathing was done, so in next two weeks I’m leaving bulb! That’s how bulb treats they customers, and shows that they do not care about us at all! Thanks for that!
