Just Joined, but website says i havent got an account?

Hi Ive just joined and begun the switching process, Im a bit concerned the website says i dont have an account and havent received any confirmation emails to say an account is setup? Can anyone confirm my account exists?

Hi there Ann48 I can confirm that you’re all signed up and ready to go, and you should have received an email with a welcome pack attached at around 9:30, 10:00 last night (it can take a few hours to generate). You should also now be able to log in through account.bulb.co.uk, if you have any trouble with that please let me know.
