Just Joined


I’ve just moved into a new home & set up an account with Bulb but I can’t seem to give initial meter readings - it just says on mybulb that I’ll be able to submit readings from 31 August.

Can I just check that everything is ok and I’ll be able to use energy for the rest of August?

Hey @paul4111 , everything looks good with your account and is set to switch on 6th September. It’s a 21 day process from the day you sign up. That’s why you can’t submit meter readings until 31st August onwards.

So I’d recommend getting in touch with the current supplier who will supply your energy until 6th September. If you don’t know who that is, just let me know and I’ll find out for you :slight_smile:
