Lack of 24x7 support for gas supply failure!

My gas smart meter die and as a result my gas supply was cut of Saturday late evening. Calling Bulb who are missing in action over the weekend proved useless as the “emergency” forward dissconnects after 5 rings and National Grid Metering are not interested when the meter was not installed by them, also if you ever call National Grid Metering do not mention that you have a smart meter as that department does not work weekends! E.oN were very helpful but unable to fix the meter because I’m no longer a customer, I moved to Bulb!

Bulb prices are first rate, the rest of the service leaves much to be desired - has anyone else experienced similar frustrations.

yes us we have no heating as the meter has died.
