Landis Gyr 470

Hi, we have a Landis Gyr 470 electric meter, which was a smart meter when we were with British Gas. Having transferred to Bulb we now submit monthly readings, which we had no problem with. Readings were around the 22??? mark each month. The past 4 months our meter reads have been 1???, each month a bigger number than previously, it’s as though the meter has reset itself. I still submit these readings but they are ignored and our bill is estimated. I’ve emailed Bulb customer services and received a totally useless answer. So my question is has this happened to anyone else?, do the meters reset themselves after a period of time? Can anyone please advise what we are doing wrong. Many thanks
