Landlord Question

My Buy to Let is currently between tenancies. New Tenant incoming 1st November.

I was thinking of taking this opportunity to switch to Bulb as am on Bulb at my own home.

My question is, can I use my recommendation link for £50 referral for myself or possibly in my wife’s name to obtain the credit to both houses, or would I be better off waiting for new tenant to move in and try to persuade her to switch.

The referral is for property, not for individuals, so yes you can refer yourself for another property. You’ll get only one £50 though, not two. Bear in mind that your new tenant could switch away to whoever they like as soon as they move in.
