I’m changing to a different supplier. Can anyone tell me when I will get the large refund that is owed to me? Bulb has been taking far more from me than is necessary.

Once your new supplier has sent over your switch date readings (and they’ve gone through verification to actually arrive at Bulb), they will generate your final bill and refund you any credit left in your account. The external verification process means that this can take a few weeks.
@Noleen everything @mowcius said is correct (as always!). You did have so much credit that, in this case, I made the decision to refund you some of it back even we got your new supplier’s switch reads.
