last bill from previous suplier


I have recently signed up for bulb and just received my last bill from the previous supplier. It is an estimated bill and I don’t think I have to pay it, as my meter readings are different from those on the bill. Can you advise what would be best to do?

If you supplied readings to Bulb as part of the switch process, these should eventually work their way into a final non-estimated bill from your previous supplier. The readings go via an intermediary so can take a while to filter through.
