Last bill with other supplier

Hello,

I became a customer with Bulb on 20/07/17. I provided initial readings at this time. Have these been past to my previous supplier? They are stating they can’t process my final payment until Bulb confirm these readings with them.

Hi @kris7196, the reads you sent us have been sent to your previous supplier. The electricity and gas reads go via a third party validation check before reaching them, but your reads have successfully been validated and they will now make their way to your previous supplier. The final bill will probably still take 6 weeks to be sent over as that’s the industry standard and most suppliers will not rush to send the final bill over to you.
