I am a new customer. The last meter reading you got from my last supplier is from 2016! How can I correct that.
Send them a photo of the reading
Hi there @BirgitQ as @Patryk says if our website isn’t letting you submit that reading, then you can fire us off a photo to email@example.com and we’ll get it sorted out for you. If you can put the reading in then no problem, we’ll send your opening read to your old suppliers and they’ll close up your account with them on that number, so you’ll have a nice accurate final bill from them, and we’ll start you off on the right number
