Late Electric statement

Yet again this month my electric statement seems late I normally get it on the 6th of each month.
Last monthly I never got it till the 8th l. This time my direct debit had been taken off but I still dont have my electric statement.
Is there something wiring that this is the second month the my electric statement seems late to arrive.


Bulb seem slow at times in replying.
Is customer service busy or is it slowly starting to get worse.
My Electric statement arrived this afternoon. Almost 4 days late. This is just not good enough.
Last month it was 2 days late in arrived and this month almost 4 days late in arriving.
