Yes. All energy suppliers will refund any credit once the final bill has been prepared.

Hi @Wez - You’ll get it back within 2 weeks of us sending your final bill. The credit is your money and we have no desire to keep it after your account with us is fully closed. As soon as your new supplier gives us your opening readings we’ll get the bill out to you, and then a refund of any credit.
