Leaving Bulb

Hi, I requested switching from bulb in early September.
I sent an email last week seeking an update on my final credit ( quote a large sum) and when I could expect it. I’ve had no response from Bulb but my new supplier with whom I started a contract in October 1st have just sent a standard email saying “sorry you’re leaving”.
Have Bulb told my new supplier I’ve changed my mind ?
When should I expect my remaining credit ?
Bulb have also sent me an email this week reminding me my next payment is due.
