Leaving Bulb

Hi, I made the decision to leave bulb and I have now paid my new supplier twice. My bulb account still says that it is generating my final bill.
Does anyone know how long this should take to sort? Thanks

Good luck with that. I left on 3rd October and they are still sending me bills and owe me about £150 despite me sending proof that the change was made on the national database 3 months ago. I challenge you to try and get through to an actual person with any interest in sorting this out for you. You won’t!
