EDF are chasing me for a punchy final bill (which I’m challenging) but I heard that Bulb will settle that now that I’ve switched over to them. Anyone else experienced this?
I think you are hearing conflicting information.

However, if you are being charged exit fees for your old tariff, bulb will pay those, email your final bill to bulb or talk to customers services and they’ll help you out.
as @FromTheValleys says, bulb will settle any exit fees but not any outstanding bills. If you have correctly submitted readings to both companies, then the bill is most likely correct and you will need to pay for your usage.
Bulb are great, but they aren’t that great
