Hi folks . Anyone got experience of leaving Npower? Nothing from them and now I can’t log in that account to check refund amount.
Online account should still be active. Alternatively npower will send a final settlement six weeks after the switch.
No it’s website let’s me log in then tells me there is currently an error
We switched from nPower to bulb. Can’t say we had any problems.
Talked to their help desk .they reckon it takes up to 6 weeks to confirm the final reading and process the final payment
