To put your query into perspective how long have you been waiting for an answer to your emails?

I have never seen the online chat appear.

@Uswitcher would have to agree with @Allanr, would be great with a little more info, when you submitted the email and to which address. Have you checked the email was sent to the correct address? Goodness knows how many times I have mistype an email address, not checked and sent it, to then get wound up and find out it was never sent correctly.

To be clear it only appears on help pages, not the forum. If you're not seeing it on there in business hours are you running any kind of script blocker? It's run using intercom. I think you need to be allowing intercom.io, intercomcdn.com, and cdn.jsdelivr.net.

I am not running any extensions or add-ons in the browser i use to access bulb.co.uk, for that fact only to avoid any blocked content or services.

Not much of an issue, not sure if I would use the chat function.
