Log in problems

I’m having trouble logging in to my account to submit meter readings. I enter my details and nothing happens. Help!

Hi @Greengroover1, I presume you’re trying to sign in to your account on the My Bulb login page here?

Have you tried both via sending an email link as well as just using your password? Both appear to be working just fine for me right now (on Chrome and Firefox).

@Greengroover1 - your account is loading up on our side without a problem. Can you confirm if any error comes up when you click the link?
