Im trying to put in a meter reading but after i have signed in its just a blank screen with bulb logo??
Oh no, that doesn’t sound good! Try logging out and then back in, heading over to https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/meters - if you’re still having some issues, try clearing your cookies and cache on your browser, that should do the trick.

I’ve submitted reading on the 15th and 22nd but still not appearing on my account despite received reading response email.
I have found a solution.
I am getting the same blank screen when i try and submit a reading. This must be an issue with the Bulb website.
https://account.bulb.co.uk/dashboard/meters - page is blank (apart from the bulb header at the top of the screen).
I am using a Mac with High Sierra and Safari. This doesn’t work.
However, using Google Chrome as the browser works perfectly.
Hi all - this was flagged by a few members in the recent couple of days and we fixed this yesterday. It should now work if you try again (although a different browser may also do the trick).
