Logging in on my online account

Is anyone else having problems logging in online, i have verified my email 5 times now and it keeps saying we are having trouble logging you in. This has been happening for months on end. I cant get access to see my usage or anything.

I’ve found your email via your Community profile and tried to find your account, however, it doesn’t seem that this email is correct, is it absolutely spelled correctly?

I am facing same problem. After logging it says to find the account and then it asks to verify email. I have verified multiple times but not able to access my account.

I have exactly the same problem.

I have checked the account and it seems everything has updated since yesterday. Are you able to confirm that you can now access the account?
