Logging into my account

Trying to log into my account and its directing me to the community pages, not actually showing my account details, tariff or anything. Just getting a tab that says you are signed in as “*************” go to community.

This seems to be an ongoing issue. I suggest you contact Bulb, their details are on the bottom of the Help page?
