Login and meter readings

Hi. I can’t login today, can you help please.
Also, I submit regular meter readings, but each time my bill says I’ve used more electricity and gas than I actually have. I even changed the date that I submitted readings, in case my readings and the billing had crossed; however, it hasn’t made any difference, so I keep being overcharged. Could you also look into this please. Thanks.
