Looks like ive been billed twice for 1 month

Hi, could someone please double check ive not been billed twice between 15 dec 14 jan ive had 2 statement with 15 dec to 14 jan

Everything looks fine with your bills :smiley:

I can see the confusion as there was a statement correction where we refund the original amount taken into the Bulb account and then take the correct amount.

This happens if we get a meter read a day after the account was expecting it or if you change your payment date, which will also change the billing date.

I hope that makes sense.
