After topping up my electricity key on Friday I went shopping and now cannot find my key anywhere! My account is running low on the emergency credit and I have two children under the age of five one is only seven months old. I cannot get hold of anyone from bulb because it is a weekend I’ve tried emailing there emergency email address to no avail whatsoever and come tomorrow I’m going to end up having no electricity… please can someone help or make a suggestion as to what I can do?? I’m desperate
I think all you can do is contact Bulb direct bearing in mind the festive closures
