Lost electricity key

I have lost my electricity key and am out of electricity. I emailed and was told that I could get a replacement from the shop however I only received an error message when I inserted this into my pre-pay metre. The shop told me that I needed a reference number. I emailed again and was told that I could get this reference Monday morning. However, I am without electricity and cannot wait until Monday. I am not receiving replies to my emails. Is there any other way to top up or sort out a new key?
