Hey there. I have lost my key and my electric has run out and the call centre is Mon - Fri only!! Please help!!!
Edit - we found the key. Power has been restored after 26 or so hours. However, this has highlighted a big flaw in Bulb as an energy provider - the fact they have no out of hours/weekend facilities is a big issue. I read a tonne of posts like mine so this is clearly a big concern.
You only tend to grab your key when you’re going to top up/running out - I work so would rarely find mine missing during working hours.
