About to run out and lost key what do I do?

Hi @Edwards_19 Any E.On key will work with our prepayment meters so If you do not have a key you can go and purchase another and it will work. Please also make sure you give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635 and we will be able to send another one out to you

This doesn’t apply to me but where do you buy a Eon key and how do you activate it. Having bought the key why does Bulb need to send out another one? Are there any articles which specifically goes through the process to get customers up and running outside Bulb’s normal working hours. Eon instructions are here, can the same process be used if you are a Bulb customer?
