Low gas pressure since smart meter installed


Since my smart meters were installed my combi boiler has frequently been making a droning noise and an error on the display says “FLAME LOSS”. I’ve been advised that this error is due to low gas pressure. Can this be rectified by your engineers please.

Thanks for your post. Have you had a gas safe engineer out to check this? We’d need to know from them if it needs a new governor or regulator and from there we can know if there’s anything we can do. If this is the meter causing this fault, we can get this fixed and offer compensation for the engineer callout too. Let me know when you have that report and we can get this resolved.
