I requested to go on the lowest tariff in early January. I was told it required a smart meter fitting. I already had a smart meter fitted by my previous supplier npower. It is February and I have yet to hear from Bulb about progression to lowest tariff.
Bulb have only one tariff. There is no “lowest tariff”. What tariff do you expect to be moved onto? Who told you the “lowest tariff requires a smart meter”? That doesn’t sound like something Bulb would say.
The only different tariff bulb offer is the smart meter tariff, for me the night rate is 7p, day rate is 11 and peak rate is 45p
Bulb only offer one tariff they don’t hide behind obscure tariffs.
