be it energy or broadband theres rarely or never any loyalty bonus schemes.i guess stats show when youve been with them so long only a small percentage leave so dont offer incentives.Maybe if the majority switched providers instead of the minority a few loyalty bonusers of some description might pop up.

Hi there @phil60 that’s a good point regarding loyalty schemes. Here at Bulb we only have one tariff so it would be tricky to give any sort of discounts or incentives in terms of the actual costs of energy, but maybe we could do some sort of ancillary reward type thing, I’ll flag it up to the appropriate peeps.

We do have our referral programme, I suppose that could be considered some sort of incentive where the members we’re able to provide a particularly good service to benefit (not just from that service) but from spreading the word. A bit different though.
