Making one off payment to Bulb

One off payments can be done. I did this a couple of times over the phone with Bulb.

There should also be a “top-up” option within your online dashboard.

As @norman7115 & @jonathan.w.carr have said, we can indeed take one-off payments. The best way to do this is to log into your online account and head to the Payments and Statements section. Here you should see an option for topping up your account balance.

If you’re not able to access the online account, feel free to give us a ring on 0300 303 0635 so we can take one from you over the phone :slightly_smiling_face:
