Massively overcharged!

My account was massively overcharged and I’m not happy.
Attempted to contact couldn’t get through. Sent an email last Monday still no reply. Bulb stated back in jan that my account was being looked at because there was a mess up with the meter readings, never got back to me and then suddenly billed my account with a HUGE bill. I would appreciate a call or reply to my email.
